- Service refers to the Website and the transportation services offered.
- Terms and Conditions mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
- Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products or services) provided by a third party that may be displayed, included, or made available by the Service.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Acknowledgment
These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part, You may not access the Service.
You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit individuals under 18 to use the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with Our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully before using Our Service
Reservations
We recommend booking your ride in advance so Blackcarslimo can ensure quality service. Online bookings must be made at least 6 hours in advance via our website or by calling us directly.
Important Notes:
- We are not responsible for any items left in the vehicle.
- Vehicles must not be loaded beyond seating capacity .
- A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Additional charges apply afterward.
In emergencies, please call 416 417 7002 to inform us.
The booking does not include charges for:
- Extra stops
- Waiting time
- 407 toll charges
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 5 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be charged the
full trip amount plus HST.
No-Show Policy
If the rider has not arrived within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time and has not contacted the Company, the trip will be marked as a no-show and will be charged in full.
Price Policy
The Company reserves the right to update pricing at any time before confirming an Order. Prices may also be adjusted after Order confirmation due to external factors such as:
- Government regulations
- Changes in customs or toll charges
- Fuel price changes
- Currency fluctuations
- Shipping delays
In such cases, You will have the right to cancel the Order.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding content provided by You or other users) are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright and trademark laws in Canada and other jurisdictions.
You may not use Our trademarks or branding without prior written consent
Links to Other Websites
Our Service may include links to third-party websites or services. These are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. We strongly encourage You to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services You visit.
Termination

Translation and Interpretation
